(GYANPATRA SCHOLARSHIP APTITUDE TEST 2021-22)

Please read the guidelines carefully before starting the Online Registration:

  1. Student’s parents (Mother/Father) are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case of unavailability of this, they are required to create a new E-mail ID before applying on-line. Any communication (if needed) will be communicated through this E-mail ID.
  2. Aadhaar Numbers of Student, Father & Mother are required to be filled in at the time of Registration. If Aadhaar Number of Student does not exist, fill "NA" but get ready with Student Aadhaar Card as it has to be produced at the time of admission.
  3. Aadhaar number of father & mother is mandatory to be filled in correctly.
  4. A Passport size photograph of the Student is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the Student's photograph not more than 100 KB in size( Only in JPG/JPEG format) before starting the Online Registration.
  5. The payment mode is through “Online SBI COLLECT”. The application fee is Rupees 1500.00 (Rs. One thousand five hundred only).
  6. After sucessful payment of Rs. 1500/-, the Online Registration Form has to be filled up. If any problem occurs due to any technical reason(s) then Click on "SIGN IN" and login by using your "Reference ID" and "Date of Birth" to fill the Online Registration Form. Please do not make another payment.
  7. The name of the Student, father and mother’s name, date of birth etc. must be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on
  8. The Online Form has to be filled in very carefully. If a Data Field is mandatory, it should not be left blank. Incomplete/wrongly filled applications will be rejected.
  9. One copy of the “System Generated Online Registration Receipt” must be kept along with you for your record after filling up the Online Registration Form .REGISTRATION RECEIPT IS NOT CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION . REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION IS ONLY SUCCESSFULLY PAYMENT Rs1500/-ONLY WITH PAYMENT RECEIPT.
  10. After Online Registration, There will be a "ONLINE EXAMINATION" through Online Mode. Please visit our website regularly for further details.
  11. Original Documentsto authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be produced at the time of admission
  12. REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  13. Link of Online Registration can be closed by giving 24 hrs notice. in advance
  14. Eligibility/Selection Criteria:

    Selection Procedure of first 50 students for each class with 100% scholarship according to highest marksof online examination result in descending order in first list. In second list also select 50 students in each class but they will get only 50% scholarship according to online examination result.

  15. AFTER SELECTION ONLINE CLASSESCONDUCT BY GYANPATRA FOR THE SESSION 2021-22 OF EACH CLASS WITH PROMINENT TEACHER.
  16. WE CONDUCT ONLINE CLASSES,ONLINE EXAMINATION,COURSE MATERIAL & NOTES AND DOUBT CLASSES OF EACH CLASS.
  17. After submitting the online Application form, the student will get information regarding process of admission on our website/E-MAIL/SMS.
  18. Registration of the student does not confer the right to admission in the GYANPATRA.
  19. Discrepancy/dispute(including referred for legal process) if any, during admission process has to be settled at Bokaro Steel City only).
  20. Use Registration. ID as Userid and Date of Birth as password for login credentia
  21. Payment Receipt generated within two woking days after payment date of candidate with confirmation

IMPORTANT DATES

  1. Online Registration starts: 15th October, 2020
  2. Last Date for Submission of Online Registration Form : Last date will be decided by GYANPATRA Management against requisite number of Online Registration by Issuing 24 Hrs. Notice
